Chief Operating Officer (COO), Pharma

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead day-to-day operations across its group and support expansion into new markets. Responsibilities include managing logistics, suppliers, teams, warehouse and fulfilment operations; automating processes; reducing purchasing costs and optimizing expenses and capital expenditure. The COO will oversee operations across departments and entities, lead market launches, and report performance and risks to the CEO. Candidates should have at least 15 years of senior-level operations experience, including required experience in warehouse management, fulfilment centres, and e-commerce operations. Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge, commercial understanding, and an automation-focused mindset are essential. Pharmaceutical wholesale experience is an advantage, as is online pharmacy experience. The ideal candidate is focused, disciplined, collaborative, and has a stable career history.
