Head of Fundraising & Communications

The Company is seeking a Head of Fundraising and Communications to provide strategic leadership across income generation, supporter engagement, and external communications. The role will develop an integrated approach to grow sustainable income, strengthen the organization’s profile, and inspire support for its mission. Responsibilities include leading fundraising and communications planning, building relationships with supporters and partners, and clearly sharing evidence of impact. As a senior leader, the successful candidate will align teams and priorities, use insight to guide decisions, and foster ambitious, creative, and effective work. Candidates should bring senior-level fundraising and communications experience, including a strong record of developing integrated strategies, diversifying income, securing significant gifts, and building lasting supporter relationships. Experience in individual giving and identifying opportunities across international markets is also required. The role calls for sound financial judgment, confidence managing budgets and forecasts, and a commitment to ethical fundraising.
