Managing Director, Private Markets Solutions

The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Private Markets Solutions, to lead the development and ongoing management of an evergreen, semi-liquid private markets fund offering. The role combines product strategy, fund structuring, operational oversight, and commercial leadership, with responsibility for the fund’s effective operation, liquidity management, market positioning, and continued development for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with investment, operations, legal, and distribution teams, and build a team as the business grows. This is a product-building and leadership role rather than an investment-selection position. Candidates should have experience working with evergreen, semi-liquid, or open-ended private markets funds through product structuring, fund operations, or fundraising. A sound understanding of liquidity management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to bring teams together are essential. The role calls for someone who can turn a product concept into a well-managed offering and take responsibility for its long-term success. An interest in sustainable investing is an advantage.
