Vice President of Enterprise Data

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data to define and deliver its enterprise-wide data, AI, and technology strategy. The role leads teams across data engineering, analytics, architecture, IT, and business systems, aligning technical and commercial stakeholders around a shared vision. Responsibilities include advancing AI adoption and governance, establishing a comprehensive customer view, and setting standards for data governance, reporting, analytics, and enterprise architecture. The VP will use data to improve business performance, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, guide technology and data investments, and foster accountability and collaboration. Candidates should bring strong leadership experience across data, analytics, engineering, architecture, technology, or enterprise systems, along with a hands-on approach and the ability to engage in technical discussions. Experience leading large cross-functional teams, delivering transformation programs, and influencing senior stakeholders is required. Strong commercial judgment and knowledge of data governance, analytics, data platforms, and enterprise architecture are important. The ideal candidate can align technical and nontechnical teams, prioritize initiatives, and connect technology investments to measurable outcomes; exposure to AI adoption and experience in fast-growing or digitally focused environments are advantageous.
