Senior Vice President, Technology Innovation Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Innovation to join its executive leadership team and lead technology delivery and long-term innovation. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams and the full technical lifecycle of venue projects, from planning and engineering through installation, commissioning, and ongoing support. Responsibilities include directing complex deployments, ensuring reliable logistics and delivery, setting technical documentation and testing standards, and developing the technology roadmap. The executive will also build relationships with partners and industry stakeholders, align regional work with global priorities, and lead organizational change. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in entertainment technology, audiovisual engineering, systems integration, or a related hardware-driven field, including 5–10 years leading multidisciplinary teams. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required. The role calls for deep technical knowledge of projection, audio, show control, content delivery, systems integration, and immersive environments, along with a record of delivering complex technology projects from planning through operations. Experience with supply chain and manufacturing, and success influencing stakeholders in a global matrix organization, are also essential.
