Senior Vice President, Financial Systems & Technology

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Financial Systems & Technology to set the strategy and oversee the delivery, reliability, and ongoing performance of its financial technology platforms. Responsibilities include developing the systems roadmap, leading modernization and adoption initiatives, managing vendors and delivery partners, and making key platform and sourcing decisions. The role partners with Finance and Accounting on financial processes, reporting, integrations, controls, and audit support, while overseeing application reliability, budgets, and operational performance. The successful candidate will lead teams of leaders, guide teams through change, and communicate strategy, performance, and risk to senior stakeholders. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with extensive experience leading enterprise financial platforms and the teams that support them. Working knowledge of Oracle financial applications and SAP Concur, experience with other enterprise platforms, and close partnership with Finance and Accounting are required. Applicants should bring broad expertise in platform delivery and support, functional strategy, budgeting, and sourcing decisions, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated comfort using AI-enabled tools is required; experience with platform sourcing shifts, organizational transformation, and global financial services environments is preferred.
