Senior Vice President, AI Governance

The Company is seeking an SVP for AI Governance to lead the enterprise AI governance function and ensure the responsible scaling of AI across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the operating discipline, controls, and oversight routines necessary to manage AI risk. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in risk management, technology governance, and a deep understanding of AI and its associated concepts. The SVP will work closely with various stakeholders, including second-line and third-line teams, to strengthen the AI risk management framework and prepare for regulatory activities. Key responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of AI governance activities, defining governance strategies, and maintaining a disciplined view of AI use cases and their associated risks.
