Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its finance function during a period of significant growth. The role oversees accounting, financial planning, reporting, cash management, and compliance across the business. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership on strategy and expansion, develop budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. They will also strengthen financial systems and processes and build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Candidates should have senior finance leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another multi-unit business, along with strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Experience supporting high-growth organizations through expansion and change is important, as is the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, including experience working with founders, operators, and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ERP systems, financial technology, and process improvement is expected; a CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
