Managing Director, Financial Services Branch Development

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to build and lead a financial services team while maintaining a personal client practice. Responsibilities include recruiting at least eight Financial Professionals annually, attracting and developing talent, and improving team performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability. The Managing Director will maintain personal production in life insurance and annuities, provide comprehensive financial strategies through a consultative, needs-based approach, and collaborate with internal specialists and external professionals on complex client needs. The role also involves fostering a professional, growth-oriented, client-first team culture and supporting advisor retention. Candidates should have a proven record of recruiting and leading teams in financial services, a strong personal production history, and experience with life insurance and/or annuities.
