Vice President of Clinical Operations (RN)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide hands-on leadership for nursing operations in a home care setting. The role includes coaching and holding nursing teams and supervisors accountable, improving clinical scheduling and reassessment workflows, and establishing clear case ownership. The executive will lead quality improvement, documentation standards, accreditation readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development. They will also oversee in-home care services, support client and family consultations, and partner with organizational leadership to build sustainable operations and a strong nursing culture. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date, and have demonstrated clinical leadership in home care or a related community-based setting. Experience overseeing RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments and care plans, quality and compliance, and nurse development is required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate across operational functions are essential. Direct participation in an unannounced accreditation survey is strongly preferred.
