Senior Vice President, IT Operations Remote (anywhere in United States) + 3 more

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of IT Operations to lead the performance and availability of on-premises and cloud-based systems, infrastructure, and critical IT services. Responsibilities include managing incident response and outage communications, coordinating triage, overseeing service delivery and vendors, and maintaining operational policies, procedures, runbooks, and asset inventories. The role will lead a small operations team, partner with technical and business groups on high availability and disaster recovery, and support change management and auditability. The successful candidate will also monitor service levels and performance metrics, address operational trends, and ensure IT services support business needs. Candidates should have proven experience leading IT operations, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of networks, on-premises computing, software systems, and cloud environments. The role requires technical proficiency in infrastructure and systems, along with strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team and collaborate across the organization. Applicants should be able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with attention to detail and urgency. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related technical field, or at least 10 years of IT operations experience, is required.
