Vice President of Quality

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead enterprise quality performance and strategy across the full value chain. The role will drive measurable improvements in customer outcomes, product reliability, supplier performance, launch quality, operational execution, and quality-related risk. Responsibilities include strengthening new product quality and launch readiness, advancing digital quality and predictive analytics, modernizing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The leader will also build customer, supplier, and operational quality capabilities, establish clear accountability for performance, and develop a strong quality leadership team and prevention-focused culture. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in quality, operations, engineering, or supply chain within global manufacturing is required, including significant responsibility for enterprise or multi-site quality functions. Applicants should demonstrate success improving quality outcomes and have expertise in new product quality, validation, launch readiness, reliability, and risk management. Experience with digital quality systems, analytics, traceability, and predictive or AI-enabled capabilities is also required, along with the ability to lead change in a complex global organization and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
