Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to shape its strategic direction and advance its mission and objectives. The CEO will develop and implement strategic plans, lead and mentor the executive leadership team, and drive effective decision-making and execution. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support financial performance, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also calls for fostering transparency, accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. Candidates should have at least 12 years of executive leadership experience in a relevant industry and a demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and influence at all levels. Strong leadership and team-management skills are required, including experience leading diverse teams. A track record of successful growth strategies and operational excellence is preferred.
