Vice President & Branch Head

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Branch Head to lead the growth and management of a wealth and personal banking business at a branch. Responsibilities include achieving strategic business targets, overseeing branch operations and costs, maintaining service standards, and improving sales and service strategies. The role also involves building a high-quality customer portfolio, growing deposits, identifying cost-efficiency opportunities, and fostering a strong compliance culture. The Branch Head will lead and develop the team, manage risk and controls, and maintain effective relationships with regulators and other stakeholders. Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree and have 5–10 years of experience in a similar or leadership role, with progressive experience in wealth management and retail banking. Required capabilities include team leadership, retail distribution and relationship management, financial planning, and strong sales, marketing, analytical, planning, communication, and project management skills. Applicants should demonstrate sound risk awareness, a strong record of compliance, and the ability to coach, influence, negotiate, solve problems, and lead change. Relevant professional and regulatory qualifications, along with required anti-money laundering and sanctions training, are also expected.
