Head of Analytics

The Company is seeking a Head of Analytics to lead its analytics team and oversee data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. The role involves developing data-driven strategies to support business growth and improve performance. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to define business metrics and KPIs, then deliver actionable insights to inform decisions. They will also lead analysts and data scientists and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge. Candidates should have 10 to 14 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business analytics. Strong experience applying statistical methods and analyzing complex datasets is required, along with proficiency in Python, R, or SQL and data visualization tools. The role also calls for proven team leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical results into accessible recommendations.
