The Company is seeking a Vice President, Control Manager Program to lead cross-functional delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs. Responsibilities include translating requirements into executable strategies and roadmaps, coordinating stakeholders across business and technology teams, and managing milestones, dependencies, quality, and delivery risks. The role will establish governance forums, oversee change management, and provide executive reporting on progress, service levels, testing, and issues. It will also own User Acceptance Testing governance, ensure testing is planned and executed effectively, and mentor program managers while promoting consistent delivery practices. The position includes leading transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, or advanced analytics. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred. They should bring at least 12 years of overall experience, including 8 or more years in program or portfolio management, and a record of leading complex, multi-year programs with executive governance. Experience with product roadmaps, enterprise data migrations, production-readiness dry runs, and UAT governance is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills. Working knowledge of AI and generative AI, including their capabilities and risks, is expected. Experience in financial services, risk and controls, compliance, or consulting is beneficial, as are proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning tools and familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira.
