Assistant Vice President, Team Head, Treasury Operations

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Team Head for Treasury Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of treasury transactions, as well as maintaining accurate records. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of treasury and markets in the Indian context, such as processing, settlement, and timely reporting, as well as driving STP, efficiency, and productivity within the unit. Compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies is a key aspect of the role, as is collaboration with the risk management team to identify and mitigate risks. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in treasury operations, with a specific focus on fixed income and bonds, and a strong understanding of key RBI regulations. The role requires a candidate with a graduation in any discipline, exposure to treasury management and compliance, and technical skills in treasury product knowledge, particularly in the Indian market. The ability to interpret data, handle dashboards, and experience with various treasury systems is essential. The role also involves maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including the front office, external and internal audits, regulators, and other units in the industry. The ideal candidate will have the capability to lead a team and ensure the timely settlement and confirmation of funds management, as well as daily reconciliation of accounts.
