The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead the COO Office for Transaction Banking, driving strategic business planning, operational excellence, and financial management. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team; overseeing risk governance, regulatory compliance, and audit remediation; and partnering with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and business functions on strategic and digital transformation initiatives. The role also manages performance tracking, budgeting, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and cost management. Candidates should bring extensive experience in business management, corporate governance, or operations, including leadership in a COO Office or comparable senior role. Deep knowledge of transaction banking, particularly cash management and trade finance, and related regulatory frameworks is required. Strong leadership, change management, analytical, budgeting, strategic planning, and project management skills are essential, along with excellent stakeholder and communication abilities. A university degree or equivalent professional credentials in business, finance, or a related field is required.
