The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Technical Accounting to serve as a key resource within its accounting policy function. Responsibilities include researching complex accounting matters across applicable accounting and regulatory frameworks, preparing and maintaining policy documentation, and assessing the effects of emerging standards. The role will advise cross-functional partners on accounting for products, transactions, and business initiatives, and support audit and regulatory reviews, financial statement disclosures, and reporting to senior leadership and governance committees. It will also help maintain internal controls and coach junior team members. Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or a related field, along with Big Four public accounting experience and a CPA or equivalent designation. Deep knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to research complex guidance and produce clear, audit-ready technical memos are required. Familiarity with statutory accounting, insurance or reinsurance, regulatory reporting, multi-framework environments, and internal controls is valuable. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
