Vice President of Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to manage the full accounting lifecycle across a complex, multi-entity family office environment. Responsibilities include overseeing individual, entity, investment, and consolidated accounting; preparing customized financial reports; and managing month- and year-end close, reconciliations, and entity onboarding. The role also covers cash management, treasury processes, tax support, audit readiness, and internal controls. The successful candidate will collaborate with tax, finance, investment, and property management teams, improve accounting systems and procedures, coordinate third-party vendors, and provide financial analysis and support to leadership. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a CPA, and 7–10 or more years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, multi-entity and consolidated accounting, and experience with legal structures such as LLCs, trusts, partnerships, charitable organizations, and SPVs are required. Applicants should bring experience in personal financial reporting for high-net-worth individuals, familiarity with partnership and trust accounting, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent judgment, discretion, accuracy, organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively are essential.
