Corporate Vice President, Guaranteed Income Annuities Product Manager

The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President to lead product management for its guaranteed income annuity portfolio. The role owns the long-term product strategy and roadmap, guiding initiatives from consumer research and business cases through regulatory approval, implementation, and ongoing management. Responsibilities include serving as the senior subject matter expert, advising executive stakeholders, leading and developing a product team, and building relationships with distribution partners. The leader will also monitor market and regulatory developments, oversee product governance and distribution onboarding, and coordinate cross-functional execution and product education. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in annuity product management, product development, or related financial services, with demonstrated leadership progression and a record of delivering complex product strategies. Deep knowledge of income annuities, including product design, pricing concepts, and regulatory requirements, is required. Strong business acumen, team leadership, communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required; an FSA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.
