Executive Director Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a community-based program providing coordinated care and support to older adults. The role oversees external community and state relationships, directs staff across departments and interdisciplinary functions, and establishes clear reporting and communication practices. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning and growth initiatives, monitoring enrollment, identifying service and operational improvements, and developing plans to address community needs. The Executive Director also supports recruitment, oversees contracts and financial obligations, ensures regulatory compliance, and chairs the program’s compliance efforts. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s or advanced degree and a proven record of success in program development, strategic planning, budget oversight, organizational leadership, talent management, and public relations. At least five years of healthcare administration experience is highly preferred, as is a valid Nursing Home Administrator license. The role requires strong management skills and the ability to maintain effective operations and financial sustainability.
