Our strategies are personalized and forward-looking, and they’re built on innovation, collaboration, and client education. The result is lasting impact and relationships built on trust.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Managing Director who is equal parts producer and builder. You have a proven track record in financial services, and you know how to recruit, develop, and lead teams that perform.

This is a role for leaders who are ready for more: you’ll grow your own practice while scaling an organization, with the resources and backing of a firm that’s invested in your success.

What You’ll Do

Build your team. You’ll recruit and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.

Grow talent. You’ll attract, train, and develop new advisors, with a target of at least 8 hires per year.

Drive results. You’ll raise performance through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and clear accountability.

Lead by example. You’ll maintain your own production in life insurance and annuities.

Serve clients holistically. You’ll deliver comprehensive financial strategies through a consultative, needs-based approach.

Collaborate with experts. You’ll partner with internal specialists and outside professionals, including CPAs and attorneys, on complex cases.

Shape the culture. You’ll build a team environment rooted in growth, professionalism, and client-first service.

What We’re Looking For

A proven leader. You have a track record of recruiting and leading in financial services.

A strong producer. You have a solid production history, and life insurance and/or annuity experience is required.

A builder at heart. You think like an entrepreneur and are driven to build and scale something significant.

A talent magnet. You know how to attract top people, develop them, and keep them.

A professional who owns results. You bring polish, drive, and accountability every day.

A natural communicator. You build strong relationships with clients and advisors alike.

Role Expectations

This is a leadership role for people who are serious about building and managing a team. You’ll be expected to:

Recruit at least 8 new Financial Professionals each year

Maintain consistent personal production to stay in good standing

Mentor your team and drive both its performance and retention

What We Offer

Your business, our platform. You’ll build your own organization with the backing of an established firm.

Resources that give you an edge. You’ll get advanced planning strategies, marketing support, leadership tools, and access to consultants through Integrated Wealth Resources for complex cases.

Uncapped earning potential. Compensation is competitive and grows with you.

Continued growth. We provide ongoing leadership development and mentorship from experienced executives.

A culture built to last. Our collaborative environment is focused on long-term success for clients and advisors alike.

What Sets Us Apart

A network that elevates you. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals and executive mentors who have built what you’re setting out to build.

Resources that scale with you. Advanced planning support, digital marketing, and business development tools help you and your team grow faster.

Room to build your way. The career path is flexible and entrepreneurial, so you design your organization on your terms.

Development for you and your team. Ongoing training, licensing support, and professional development make it easier to onboard and grow new advisors.

Technology that keeps you efficient. Modern platforms streamline client engagement and planning, so you can focus on leading and producing.

A culture worth recruiting into. Integrity, innovation, and long-term client success make WealthBridge a firm people want to join and stay with.
