Vice President, Assistant Branch Manager

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Assistant Branch Manager to support business growth, client outcomes, and team performance in a local market. Working with branch leadership, this role helps execute strategies to deepen client relationships, grow assets, and strengthen market impact through sound judgment and data-informed decisions. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, improving performance, and responding effectively to complex client and employee needs. The role also contributes to business development and consistent client service. Candidates must hold an active FINRA Series 7 license and either hold or obtain the Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65), Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8), and Life and Health Insurance licenses. Relevant financial services experience, including client acquisition, relationship growth, and industry knowledge, is required; exposure to business development or leadership is preferred. A CFP® designation is also preferred. Strong coaching, adaptability, active listening, influential communication, and business-growth skills are important for success.
