Vice President, Card Finance & Business Management Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Card Finance and Business Management to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and help shape and execute organizational priorities. Responsibilities include leading strategic planning, financial and business management, performance reporting, governance, and executive communications. The role will oversee organizational and financial planning, workforce and expense management, and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and strengthen operating practices. The Vice President will also coordinate leadership forums, represent the organization in senior-level discussions, and mentor team members. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in financial services, business management, strategy, finance, consulting, or a related field. They should bring experience influencing senior executives in complex organizations, strong executive communication and presentation skills, and sound analytical and financial judgment. The role requires strategic problem-solving, the ability to lead complex initiatives, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in business management, organizational and workforce planning, financial governance, or applying AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes is preferred.
