Vice President, Enterprise Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure to define and execute its cloud strategy, architecture, and operating model. Responsibilities include leading cloud migration and modernization, overseeing infrastructure operations for critical systems, and establishing governance for security, reliability, monitoring, and incident response. The role provides hands-on technical leadership, serves as a senior escalation point, and manages cloud financial operations and strategic vendor relationships. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor technical teams and partner across the organization to build infrastructure supporting data, analytics, and AI initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 or more years of enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, or architecture experience, including significant leadership responsibility. Deep, hands-on expertise designing and managing enterprise-scale AWS environments is required, along with experience in infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Applicants should have a record of leading transformation programs, managing technical teams while remaining hands-on, overseeing vendors, and supporting 24/7 production environments. Strong executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills are essential; experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
