Vice President Controller

The Company is seeking a Vice President Controller to lead enterprise accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; preparing financial statements and disclosures; directing tax filings; and managing external audits. The role also oversees transactional accounting, including payroll and accounts payable and receivable, and leads accounting workstreams for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments. The successful candidate will establish sound accounting policies and controls, improve operations through technology, and advise executive leadership on financial governance and organizational decisions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. A CPA designation is strongly preferred, and advanced certifications are advantageous. Requirements include a record of leading complex accounting functions and developing senior talent, along with extensive experience in financial statements, internal controls, audits, and governance materials. Strong communication and collaboration skills are needed to work with finance, technology, and business teams and explain financial insights to varied audiences.
