The Company is seeking a Vice President of Equity Capital Markets to support the origination, structuring, and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions. Responsibilities include leading transaction workstreams from pitch development through closing, preparing and reviewing client and internal materials, and coordinating with sales, research, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure effective execution. The role also involves advising on transaction structure, pricing, and syndication; analyzing market trends and investor sentiment; and supporting client relationships and business development. The Vice President will supervise and mentor junior colleagues and collaborate across industry and product teams to deliver financing solutions. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, at least five years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, and FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses. Strong knowledge of equity markets and investor dynamics, along with financial modeling and analytical skills, is required. Experience managing deal teams and developing junior professionals is preferred. Success in this role also calls for sound judgment, commercial acumen, integrity, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
