Vice President of Financial Control

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Control to lead financial control functions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Responsibilities include managing monthly and quarterly close processes, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. The role also provides accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders, supports system improvements and business projects, and coordinates with affiliates and external auditors. Additional duties include intercompany reporting and analysis, balance sheet substantiation, and support for tax, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and have at least seven years of experience in financial control or accounting, with ten years preferred. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and JGAAP, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and intercompany reporting is required. Applicants should also bring strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with accounting systems and operational workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and international affiliates. The role requires managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with auditors and stakeholders.
