Vice President of Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transformation to lead strategic initiatives that advance innovation and operational excellence. The role will manage a finance data platform project, coordinating engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver against organizational goals. Responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable requirements, guiding iterative design, managing risks and priorities across workstreams, and developing strategic plans. The successful candidate will also promote practical adoption of generative AI, improve processes, and provide quantitative analysis to support accurate data and informed decisions. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of professional experience; 15 years is preferred. Required qualifications include expertise in business analysis and product ownership, strong project management skills, and experience engaging senior stakeholders and coordinating leadership priorities. Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools, advanced Excel proficiency, and sound quantitative judgment are essential. The role calls for someone able to balance strategic planning with tactical ownership of critical work.
