Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership as it develops and implements its next strategic plan. The CEO will advance quality, service excellence, financial sustainability, workforce engagement, and system partnerships while identifying opportunities for innovation and service improvement. The role requires balancing strategic priorities with operational discipline and translating organizational goals into measurable results. The CEO will also build effective relationships with staff, physicians, volunteers, board members, government, healthcare partners, and community leaders, while keeping quality, safety, and patient and resident experience central to decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience in healthcare or another complex, highly regulated environment, along with a record of organizational leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and transformational change. Strong business and financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to foster accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement are essential. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, values-driven, and engaging leader with strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to community-based care.
