District Vice President, Canadian Personal Banking

The Company is seeking a District Vice President to lead personal banking operations across a district. The role focuses on growing market share, improving customer experience, and implementing regional and national business strategies. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing branch managers and colleagues; advancing advice and service quality; and overseeing operational performance, risk, and regulatory compliance. The Vice President will also build community relationships, support business transformation, strengthen talent and succession planning, and collaborate across business lines to meet customer needs. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of relevant management experience leading teams in distribution channels. Required capabilities include demonstrated coaching and talent development, knowledge of operational excellence, expense management, consumer banking strategies, customer and channel strategies, and effective governance and stakeholder management. Strong communication, analytical thinking, business acumen, and process orientation are essential, along with the ability to influence through change and a customer-focused, results-driven approach.
