Vice President, Global Expansion

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Expansion to lead strategies that strengthen international investment, trade, business growth, and talent attraction. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP will set priorities, oversee budgets and performance, and lead an inclusive, high-performing team. Responsibilities include attracting foreign investment, developing export opportunities, supporting business retention and expansion, and building international talent pipelines. The role also involves cultivating senior relationships with business, government, and global partners, representing the organization, and collaborating across teams to help high-potential companies scale. Candidates should bring a proven record in foreign direct investment, international business development, economic development, or a related field, with measurable results in investment, business expansion, job creation, or economic growth. Executive leadership experience, commercial judgment, and financial and operational stewardship are essential. The role requires strength in government relations, strategic partnerships, global business development, and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex stakeholder environments. Knowledge of innovation-driven industries and emerging technologies, along with experience in international talent attraction or market development, is valued. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required.
