Senior Vice President, Energy Greater Ottawa, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Energy to lead national growth, market positioning, and strategic development across Canada. The role includes shaping and executing a growth strategy, expanding market presence across power generation, transmission, renewables, industrial electrification, and related sectors, and leading major pursuits and strategic accounts. The successful candidate will build executive relationships with clients and public-sector stakeholders, represent the organization in industry forums, and serve as a trusted advisor. They will also collaborate across regions and business areas, strengthen project delivery, and recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and extensive energy-sector experience, including at least six years in senior leadership or equivalent experience. They must understand utilities, power generation, transmission and distribution, energy infrastructure, engineering consulting, and major capital project delivery. A record of driving growth, shaping strategy, leading complex pursuits, building executive relationships, and guiding multidisciplinary organizations is required. Knowledge of Canadian energy markets and regulatory environments is preferred, as are French-English fluency and established relationships with utilities, government, regulators, and major industrial clients.
