Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance to lead its global finance organization and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board. The role will drive sustainable, profitable growth by strengthening financial discipline, operational performance, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include overseeing forecasting, budgeting, reporting, financial planning, and performance management; improving resource allocation and operational efficiency; and building a scalable finance operating model. The CFO will also lead Board and investor reporting, support M&A and acquisition integration, and guide long-term financial strategy, capital structure, and potential fundraising or liquidity initiatives. Candidates should have 10 or more years of finance experience, including senior leadership in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting growth from €30–50 million to more than €100 million in annual recurring revenue. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, forecasting, accounting, treasury, compliance, and internal controls is required, along with experience in investor relations, Board reporting, and financial governance. The role calls for a trusted executive advisor with sound business judgment, a hands-on approach, and a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling international finance operations. Exposure to M&A, due diligence, fundraising, and capital structure is valued; fluent English is required, and French is an asset.
