The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Capital Markets & Advisory. The role provides strategic, commercial, and operational support across Continental Europe, partnering with senior leaders and product teams to execute strategy and monitor business performance. Responsibilities include preparing management information, financial analysis, and executive presentations; coordinating governance, briefings, and leadership forums; and supporting budgeting, cost management, workforce planning, and resource optimization. The Vice President will also drive transformation initiatives and support risk management and regulatory governance. Candidates should have strong knowledge of financial services, capital markets, investment banking operations, and governance frameworks. The role requires excellent analytical and financial management skills, strong communication and presentation abilities, and experience managing strategic projects and change in complex international environments. Strong organization, planning, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and excellent written and spoken English. Working proficiency in French is an advantage.
