Chief Business Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Business Officer to lead its finance, business development, governance, risk, information technology, and corporate services functions. The role focuses on driving financial performance, strengthening governance and risk management, and overseeing technology and digital transformation. The successful candidate will lead business development through market analysis, business cases, tenders, commercial modelling, partnerships, and contract negotiations. They will also guide organizational improvement and support sustainable growth and innovation. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience across finance, corporate services, IT, and business management, along with strong financial management, governance, and risk oversight capabilities. A track record of improving organizational performance, developing partnerships, and leading commercial initiatives is required. The role also calls for experience working with boards and executive leadership teams, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate must hold a CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
