Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversee the organization’s financial activities. Responsibilities include developing financial plans and policies, preparing monthly financial reports and statements, managing long-term budgeting and cost control, monitoring cash flow and internal controls, and coordinating annual audits. The CFO will advise leadership on financial and operational decisions, support risk management, communicate with lenders, and oversee insurance matters. The role also includes establishing training and coaching for the finance team and developing tools that turn financial and operational data into actionable recommendations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration and at least 10 years of accounting and finance management experience. Strong knowledge and practical application of GAAP and IFRS are required, along with proficiency in financial software and tools. Applicants should bring expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A CPA or MBA is preferred.
