Vice President, Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic partner to business leadership and lead finance across a multi-site operation. Responsibilities include overseeing commercial finance, bid and quote analysis, procurement governance, financial planning and forecasting, reporting, and project accounting for long-term contracts. The role will guide pricing, resource allocation, capital investment, and performance improvement while strengthening cash management, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial systems. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a finance team and support the financial integration of acquired businesses. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including five or more years in senior leadership. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, or project-based environments is required, along with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, job costing, and work-in-progress accounting. Applicants should bring multi-site budgeting and forecasting experience, strong internal controls and audit expertise, and experience supporting acquisitions and financial integration. Advanced ERP and Excel skills, clear communication, and a record of building and developing distributed finance teams are also required.
