The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI Risk Governance to support its enterprise AI governance program and coordinate day-to-day oversight across the AI lifecycle. Responsibilities include administering intake workflows, coordinating risk assessments and stakeholder reviews, supporting governance committees, and maintaining AI inventory records. The role also involves monitoring governance activities, preparing metrics and reports, managing audit-ready documentation, and guiding stakeholders on governance processes. The successful candidate will collaborate across business, technology, legal, compliance, security, risk, and audit functions to track decisions and actions, support escalations, and improve governance procedures. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, along with at least two years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, technology, or a related field. Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews is required; experience in a regulated industry and supporting committees, audits, or examinations is preferred. Applicants should understand governance, risk management, controls, and oversight, with working knowledge of emerging technology, AI, data, or related risks. Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
