Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support long-term growth. The CFO will develop and execute financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives aligned with business objectives, while partnering with executive leadership, the board, and investors on performance and key decisions. Responsibilities include leading accounting, finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, human resources, and compliance functions; maintaining accurate reporting and strong internal controls; and overseeing regulatory compliance. The role also leads mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, transaction execution, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance management. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and a CPA designation. At least 15 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility, is required, along with a record of success as a CFO, finance vice president, or comparable senior leader. Applicants should bring experience with investor-backed organizations and value-creation initiatives, as well as extensive M&A expertise. Deep knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management is essential, along with experience leading growth, transformation, enterprise system implementations, and process improvements.
