Vice President of FP&A

The Company is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership and support executive decision-making. The role will help shape financial strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term planning while building and scaling the FP&A function. Responsibilities include partnering with operational teams, driving business improvements and value creation, and delivering financial insights to inform leadership decisions. The successful candidate will also lead and develop a high-performing team and collaborate across the organization. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related field; experience in a private equity-backed environment is preferred. Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting is required. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth setting are essential.
