Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategy, organizational health, and long-term sustainability while advancing its mission of supporting refugees and immigrants. The CEO will guide and develop staff and senior leaders, oversee program effectiveness, and ensure resources and operations align with community needs and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include managing financial health, strengthening fundraising and revenue diversification, building partnerships, and representing the organization publicly. The CEO will also advocate for the communities served, maintain strong relationships with the Board, and ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, management, fundraising, relationship-building, and strategic planning experience, along with a commitment to serving marginalized communities. Strong financial acumen, experience securing support from diverse funding sources, and the ability to guide organizational growth or change are essential. Candidates should demonstrate cultural competence, sound judgment, integrity, and success building inclusive, collaborative teams. Excellent communication and public-speaking skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to data-informed program evaluation are also required.
