Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation. The CIO will develop a technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and use cloud technology, data, automation, and AI to improve operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include overseeing cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, technology operations, major initiatives, vendor relationships, and budgets. The role also calls for building and developing a high-performing team, partnering with senior leaders and the Board, and communicating technology priorities in clear business terms. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience and a record of developing and executing enterprise technology strategies and modernization initiatives. Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS environments, ERP, project management, cybersecurity, and technology risk is required; experience with cloud platforms, AI adoption, and enterprise vendors is also valuable. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate combines technical depth and business acumen with strong communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
