Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the chapter’s strategic and operational work, including community engagement, volunteer leadership, staff, fundraising, and program delivery. The role involves building and coaching teams, growing revenue and mission reach, managing budgets, and delivering community-based events and care and support programs. The Executive Director will develop sustainable corporate and community partnerships, recruit and engage volunteer leaders, and serve as a community spokesperson. The position also supports research awareness, public policy priorities, and outreach to underserved communities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred. Requirements include at least eight years of senior nonprofit management experience and five years of mass-market event fundraising and volunteer recruitment, with sales experience preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building, partnership development, team leadership, and community mobilization skills, along with experience engaging diverse communities and interpreting performance data. Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and project management abilities are essential.
