Vice President of Clinical Services Greater Plano, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to provide executive leadership and operational oversight of nursing, therapy, and ancillary services across its clinical programs. The role is responsible for standardizing clinical practices and expectations, translating organizational priorities into measurable operating plans, and partnering with facility leaders and medical staff to support safe, patient-centered care. The Vice President will monitor clinical quality, patient outcomes, staffing, compliance, and operational performance; address risks and deficiencies; and lead continuous improvement and workforce development. The position also oversees clinical resources and budgets while supporting regulatory readiness and effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a rehabilitation-related clinical discipline, healthcare administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is preferred. An active, unrestricted professional clinical license is required, with an RN license preferred. Applicants should bring at least 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare experience, including seven or more years in clinical leadership or management, and demonstrated experience overseeing clinical operations, multidisciplinary teams, and quality improvement. Experience with nursing and therapy services, workforce planning, performance management, and regulatory compliance is important; multi-hospital leadership and experience in specialty or rehabilitation care settings are preferred.
