Interim Vice President of Program Management Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the planning, governance, execution, and review of strategic programs. The role translates leadership priorities into integrated roadmaps with clear outcomes, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and decision points. Responsibilities include overseeing delivery across the full program lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving barriers, and providing leaders with timely updates on progress, risks, and resource needs. The Vice President will strengthen governance and reporting practices, manage program-level risks and quality controls, and build repeatable processes, tools, and handover plans. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, management, or a related field, and at least 15 years of progressive experience in program, project, or delivery management. They must have a record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing delivery throughout the program lifecycle, along with strong skills in stakeholder management, executive reporting, estimation, risk management, and issue resolution. Experience improving processes and using technology-enabled tools or data to strengthen delivery oversight is required; a relevant postgraduate qualification or certification is desirable.
