Head of Fixed Income Investments

The Company is seeking a Head of Fixed Income Investments to lead investment strategy and portfolio management across institutional and discretionary mandates. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities in regional and international markets, overseeing portfolio construction and risk, and pursuing strong risk-adjusted returns. The role also involves conducting market and credit analysis, monitoring economic and interest-rate developments, and presenting recommendations and performance reports to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will build institutional relationships, support business development, lead and mentor the investment team, and uphold sound governance and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have 10–15 or more years of progressive experience in fixed income, asset management, investment banking, or financial markets, with a demonstrated record of managing portfolios and delivering risk-adjusted performance. Strong knowledge of Saudi, GCC, and international fixed income markets and instruments—including government and corporate bonds and sukuk—is required, along with expertise in credit analysis, portfolio construction, investment strategy, and risk management. Leadership experience is desirable. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required; a CFA qualification or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
