Vice President for Enrollment Management

The Company is seeking a founding Vice President for Enrollment Management to build and lead its enrollment enterprise. As a member of the executive leadership team, the VPEM will shape the student profile and enrollment strategy, establish admissions, financial aid, and enrollment operations, and develop student pipelines to support launch and long-term growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on outreach, relationship-building, and recruitment, while building the systems and organizational capacity needed for sustained enrollment. The VPEM will also advance responsible, student-centered use of AI in recruitment, communications, admissions workflows, and enrollment analytics. Candidates should bring senior-level enrollment leadership experience and the ability to build effective strategies, teams, systems, and partnerships in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role calls for an entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative approach, strong judgment, and the ability to balance immediate recruitment needs with long-term institutional goals.
