Senior Vice President, Loan Officer

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Loan Officer to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, consumer, agricultural, and real estate lending relationships. Responsibilities include generating new business, assessing borrower financials and credit risk, structuring loans, and preparing recommendations for management review. The role also oversees portfolio quality, monitors borrower relationships, and ensures lending practices comply with internal policies and applicable regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with credit and lending teams to deliver customer solutions and support business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial lending, business banking, or credit administration. Required expertise includes credit underwriting, financial statement and cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, loan structuring, and credit risk management. Strong business development, relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with knowledge of lending regulations and documentation. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required; experience with substantial lending portfolios, loan committee presentations, or team leadership is an advantage.
